The Watter (yes the spelling is correct -- you know, as in electric) is a stick constructed seaplane designed by Tom Hunt. The craft is powered by a Speed 480. Richard Rust is the builder and describes it as the "softest" flying plane he has ever flown which makes it totally worth the effort to build.
