EWMA Splash-In: Drake ll
Dr. Bill Bradford built this electric Drake ll seaplane. It was CAD prepared from plans and laser cut by a local craftsman, John Valentine. About a dozen EWMA members ordered kits. Some chose to have their pod parts cut for electric motors while others chose to have their plane accommodate a glow powered engine. The club's first Drake ll was scratch built by James Fisher.
