"Fish" Chili -- James Fisher

2 pounds fresh ground chuck
2 - 28 ounce cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes
4 - 15 ounce cans Joan of Arc Spicey Chile Beans (H.G. Hill's)
1 medium to large white onion chopped
1/2 of 16 ounce jar Banana Ring Peppers (mild) drained and chopped
3 HEAPPING tablespoons McCormick Chile Powder
Ground cayenne pepper (your heat level)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Brown chuck, add salt and pepper, then drain throughly ( I use an electric skillet).

Place all ingredients in a large crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours. DO NOT ADD WATER. DO NOT STIR, but fold gently while cooking.

If you do not have a large crock pot, an aluminum pot with top will work, BUT!! let it simmer VERY SLOWLY. DO NOT LET IT BOIL. You are only letting the food get hot and blend with its own juices.

NOTE: Substitutions will void warranty with one exception. If you are a "W" fan, you may use Bush's Spicy Chile Beans in lieu of Joan of Arc. Your choice.

Heat, eat, and enjoy.
