EWMA Application
The EWMA Membership Application is available as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file. It can be viewed on a computer and printed exactly like a hard copy. Acrobat Reader is necessary to make this possible. You may download a free copy by accessing Get Acrobat Reader. You will need to select your operating system.

A Metro Nashville Model Airplane Permit is required to fly at our field. There is a yearly fee and proof of liability insurance is necessary to get the permit. Some homeowners' policies are acceptable but most EWMA members use their AMA membership to cover the requirement.

A map to Metro Parks and Recreation Headquarters is available as a PDF file. This map is in the process of being redrawn because there is now a different building for acquiring a permit. The current location is the Recreation Division Building which is on Park Plaza right next to the stone HQ building (the old location). The hours are from 8 to 12 and 1 to 3.
