| Cornbread -- Greg Bridwell 3 eggs beaten 1 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 3/4 cups corn meal 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 tablespoon salt Use a cast iron skillet. Grease. Cook at 425 (depending on your oven) for 30 - 35 minutes.
